I’m happy to have an advance copy of my new picture book today. It looks lovely, I think. This is 10 Little Circus Mice, written by Caroline Stills (who also wrote The House of 12 Bunnies, which I illustrated), and published by Little Hare. It will be out sometime in 2013, I guess.

You are a Star, written by Michael Parker, and illustrated by ME is coming out in the US this month, and I’m so happy that Kirkus reviews gave it a star, and a lovely review. I’m so proud of the pictures in this book, and I hope it does well in the US. Fingers crossed.

These lovely shiny hardback books arrived in the post today. Inspector Stilton in simplified Chinese, for Taiwan! Very happy about this, the books look great. Good luck in Taiwan, Inspector.

Working hard, drawing many many mice for a new counting book by Caroline Stills. Here are some of the mice in a pyramid. In all, there will be 130 mice in this book. That’s a whole lot of mice.
